You found yourself here, which means you have some interest in your health. Perhaps you, yourself, are a victim of diet culture, or maybe you've watched people you love struggle with ailments and diagnoses. Either way, you want to prioritize wellness so you can live with optimal energy and vitality.
Did you know that you can focus on your health, while also deliberately honoring the planet and all its creatures? That's veganism, friends. And, interestingly, when you focus on the BASICS (as outlined below), it becomes really easy. There's no dieting, no restricting, no depriving, no counting, tracking, or weighing, and you will find yourself living with deeper meaning and purpose, because you are saving the lives of innocent beings and reducing your carbon footprint.
Now, let me be clear -- I am not a loud, picketing, law-breaking activist. I don't walk around hugging trees, I don't compost, and I still use K-cups. I'm a work in progress.
But, I will tell you that since going vegan, my life is markedly better.
I am a midlife woman. I am a former teacher, wife, mother of two college kids, owner of two whippets, and passion-driven entrepreneur.
In April of 2020, after closing up a 10-year home-based baking business, I began working with a health coach. I healed a 30+ year battle with binge eating and disordered exercise. I learned to love myself and feel compassion. From this place, I was able to go vegan... not as a diet, but as a lifestyle.
From that experience, I decided to enroll in trauma-informed life coaching certification, and then breathwork certification. I started a business, Jentle Coaching. I continued my personal growth work, doing more programs, and eventually learned to podcast. Sideline Sisters began in January 2024. After interviewing a role model of mine for my 50th birthday, I decided to go all-in on veganism.
As of November 2025, my entire platform is transformed. I am embodying veganism - body, mind, spirit, and business. And I want to show the world how satisfying and gratifying this lifestyle is.
Choose to work with me, and you will learn the wonders of a vegan life. I will support and guide you through the transition and challenges that arise (because they will, especially from people who doubt you or feel threatened by your new resolve). I will share recipes, meal plans, checklists, and fact sheets to help you along the way. I will infuse my love of somatic (think energetic mindfulness) practices and my gentle, yet strong nudges.

S - Preparing food doesn't have to complicated. We're all about SIMPLICITY here.

S - When you choose to care about your health, the animals, and the planet, it naturally leads to SERENITY.
Consent: You, the client, are in control of the coaching journey. If anything feels uncomfortable, too painful, or too fast, you can pause the session and pivot. The goal is peace and growth.
Confidentiality: The coach-client relationship is sacred and everything shared will be held in highest confidence (unless well-being is threatened).
Cooperation and Collaboration: The coach-client relationship is an equal partnership. We work together toward your goals. There is no hierarchy between us.
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive container for coach and client to work together.
The expectation is that we both show up with dedication and purpose.
The journey is not linear. There will be twists, turns, and bumps along the way, as challenges are faced, discoveries made and truths uncovered.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we clarify your goals and your passions and incorporate knowledge and embodiment exercises to determine what's getting in the way of you living your best life. The process is going to look different for each client. And the process is not linear. You get to show up as your authentic self and be seen and heard in a safe container.
100% What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist or lawyer. Unless lives are threatened, you can be sure that what you share does not leave the container.
The time that your coaching/breathwork process takes depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Some lessons and insights can be implemented immediately. The journey isn't linear. It is important to trust the process and be curious.
You may have breakthroughs and alignment right away; you may not adapt for a while. There is no right way to go vegan.
