Jenny holds such cool space. I know that whatever comes up for me in a session she sees me and has the capacity to hold it with me, the good, the bad, and the ugly, she is there for it all.

I absolutely loved the exploration of the different breath patterns. It was really fun and engaging. Also, Jenny was exceptional at cueing.
