Going through the tough stuff of being a wife, mom, friend, sister, daughter, business owner, neighbor, person who waves to people when she's driving, lady who talks to cashiers... it's f*cking EXHAUSTING!
And it's also really cool, because it's midlife. And I made it here without physical scars or especating to a remote island.
And I'm here to serve you as a certified life and breathwork coach.
I am a student of this spiritual work. What does that mean?
It means that, although I used to be completely type A and analytical, I love this woo woo shit and now I am going to share it with you... or as much of it as you want. I have learned a lot of really fascinating tools in my training, and if you're game to hear about them, awesome. If not, fine.
What you might want to know about me: I'm a busy mom with daily challenges and ups and downs, just like you. I have two children, one in college and one who's almost done with high school. Every day is filled with demands and decisions. Juggling parenting, marriage, mental health issues, career, housework, personal development, friendships, hobbies, and rest is DIFFICULT.
I feel your pain. I truly do.

My goal is to witness you, to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard.
My purpose is to support you.
I want you know that I use what I learned in my training in my own life. I practice what I preach. ALL, THE. DAMN. TIME.

Breathwork is an ancient healing modality that is easily accessible, because you only need your body. There are various breath patterns that are used depending on the "intention" of the session. Breathwork sessions are booked for an hour, but the actual breathing time varies in length from under 30 minutes to 45 minutes. If you desire longer, that can be arranged. During a session, you, the breather usually have your eyes closed and typically do not speak. The purpose of breathwork is for you to "drop down" from the chaos of the mind/ego and into the body, where true feelings live, allowing your body to move energy and process emotion and stuck energy. It's pretty freaking awesome. It's like therapy without the talking.
Coaching interweaves somatic techniques (body-led) and conversation to allow you to figure out what is really bugging you, causing you pain, depleting your energy, or blocking you from finding true peace and happiness

Coaching sessions are an hour in length.
I am a trauma-informed certified life coach and breathwork facilitator.
After a career in education, I chose to stay home and raise children.
While at home, I started and operated my own dessert business and food truck for 10 years.
Recognizing the difficulties of parenting and entering middle age, I began working with a life coach and found incredible mental and emotional transformation, as well as deep spiritual connection.
That experience prompted me to become a life coach so that I could support other clients faced with similar challenges.

Consent: You, the client, are in control of the coaching journey. If anything feels uncomfortable, too painful, or too fast, you can pause the session and pivot. The goal is peace and growth.
Confidentiality: The coach-client relationship is sacred and everything shared will be held in highest confidence (unless well-being is threatened).
Cooperation and Collaboration: The coach-client relationship is an equal partnership. We work together toward your goals. There is no hierarchy between us.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we clarify your goals and your passions and incorporate embodiment exercises to determine what's getting in the way of you living your best life. The process is going to look different for each client. And the process is not linear. You get to show up as your authentic self and be seen and heard in a safe container.
Breathwork is an ancient modality that has been used for spiritual awakening, self-healing, meditative relaxation, and overall restoration. When used in the coaching container with a certified facilitator, breathwork is a practice involving various patterns of breath that are determined by the intention of the client and both the current energetic state and the desired energetic state of the client.
A breather does not typically speak during a breathwork session. Emotional and physical responses are normal. The purpose of the breathwork session is to move energy through the body with the power of the breath without the usual control of the ego/mind. It is a powerful experience unlike any other healing modality.
During a breathwork session, a breather is able to surrender focus on thoughts and mind chatter and just breathe, during which time the body is boss. Past trauma, memories, unresolved feelings, and breakthroughs may surface. However, it is important for a breather to remain "agendaless," meaning having no expectations of the session, because it is possible that nothing will "happen" or be revealed to the breather. Most sessions leave breathers feeling calm and rested.
Other common responses are heightened clarity and creativity, increased awareness and connection to the world around you, enhanced feelings of possibility, appreciation, and self-love.
Because breathwork is a practice, it has more of an impact when clients make it a regular ritual. Breathwork can be incorporated into coaching packages or can be its own package.
100% What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist or lawyer. Unless lives are threatened, you can be sure that what you share does not leave the container.
The time that your coaching/breathwork process takes depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Some lessons and insights can be implemented immediately. The healing journey isn't linear. It is important to trust the process and be curious.
You may have breakthroughs right away; you may not see changes for a while. There is no right way to travel the healing journey.
